As a bistro/bar worker and receptionist, my role is very dynamic I mostly work busier nights such as trivia and raffle nights which attract many families I take orders, handle cash transactions, and skillfully manage the food pass to ensure timely service In the bistro area, I maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, serve desserts, and make a variety of café drinks, including coffees My responsibilities extend to welcoming customers and signing them in as well as registering new members I also clear and clean dishes and drinks from the floor With frequent evening shifts, I am adept at serving kids, managing family crowds, and maintaining the cleanliness of play areas

Maintained high standards of customer service during high-volume and fast paced operations, handled currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately, followed procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation, assisted management with inventory control and stock ordering, resolved complaints promptly and professionally and took initiative to help with extra tasks when designated duties were completed

Organised files, scanned documents, monitored phones, dispersed incoming mail to correct recipients throughout the office and answered emails
