• Front desk operations
Oversee front desk operations to ensure smooth, efficient check-in and check-out experiences. Maintain a high level of service by coordinating guest needs, resolving issues, and managing workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest relationships and loyalty
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to build loyalty and encourage repeat bookings. Provide personalised service that builds trust and enhances the overall guest experience
• Maximising bookings and managing booking systems
Manage multiple booking systems to optimise occupancy and ensure accurate, real-time availability across all 55 units. Actively maximise revenue by securing as many bookings as possible while coordinating unit readiness with housekeeping and owners.
• Delivering kayaks and stand-up paddle boards
Provide prompt, on-demand delivery of kayaks and paddle boards, even during peak check-in and check-out times. Balance activity requests with front-desk duties to ensure smooth guest operations.
• Communicating feedback and complaints to housekeeping
Relay guest feedback and concerns to housekeeping for quick resolution. Maintain clear interdepartmental communication across uniquely owned Strata units.
• Managing guest complaints and sourcing the best unit types
Resolve guest complaints promptly while maintaining strong service recovery standards. Match guests with the most suitable unit type across 55 individually owned and unique apartments.
