Position Description
• Provide administrative support for the service department, including service technicians
• Answer incoming calls
• Creating service jobs
Preparing and raising of invoices - emailing to customers on a regular basis
• Raising service jobs
• Timecard data entry
• Reconciliation of BOC accounts and follow up on gas bottles
• Generate purchase orders for service technicians and engineers
• Back up service administrator when on leave
• Back up main reception
• Contribute to the continuous development of internal systems to streamline administration
functions
• Development of Pronto service 'Training Module' documents.
Maintaining license and training records, equipment maintenance records, and ARCTICK license.
