Hi my names molly im a 18 year old girl who has a passion for getting into the trade industry i have a love for boilermaking and would love too make it a career. i love too play soccer and keep fit and active and love to create different projects and seeing the finished project. Driven by a passion for boilermaking inherited from my family, I excelled as a Boilermaker Apprentice at A.D McCallum & Son, mastering plasma cutting and advanced welding techniques. My journey in diverse roles honed my attention to detail and team collaboration skills, showcasing my ability to learn rapidly and contribute significantly to team success unfortunately i needed to move closer to family im keen too start a apprenticeship and learn even more.

- as a kitchen hand at the nursing home i get too interact with all the residents trying too put a smile on there face my jobs are too prepare sandwiches and breakfast cereals , plate up deserts, deliver water jugs too each resident, make sure were keeping the kitchen clean and tidy

- my love for boiler making came from my pop as he owned a boiler making business for 25 years and taught me a lot about the trade he has retired now but for most of my life i have helped him with small projects and have loved too learn from him in recent years i have worked two days a week with him working on awesome projects such as a boat wharf made out of mostly steel and different materials, post drivers, tea tree bins and a water fountain made out of steel also dining room tables barn doors a range of different things i would say I'm very lucky too have a mentor like him who i can ask questions too at anytime.

- At the start of 2024 i moved too Sydney too play soccer and find a trade in boiler making i got offered a apprenticeship position over 15 boys and was very excited too start my career. Ad McCullum specialized in rein enforcing big Komatsu excavators and dozers from the mines and engineering steel cages and safety armor too make them ready for the mining conditions they also worked on cranes and a vast of different projects, at my time being there i learnt how too use many different machines such a the guillotine, drill press, bending sheet metal, i leant how too operate and design small pieces on a half a million dollar plasma cutter, i learnt different welding techniques and grinding i also leant how too measure in millimeter's and planning and measurements i learnt a lot unfortunately i did have too move home closer too my family so i moved away from Sydney but it was a amazing experience.
