In my role, I am responsible for stocking various products, including produce, freezer items, ambient goods, liquor, and both long- and short-life products. I also manage register operations, decard shelves, assist with creating special displays, and ensure the store remains clean and organized.

In this role, I used government software systems to book patient appointments and organise clinics to accurately represent clinic patient loads. I monitored emails for requests and answered phone calls to assist patients, directing them to appropriate personnel when necessary.

In this role, I was responsible for prepping, cooking and baking a large variety of gourmet foods, dinners and sweets. I also managed junior staff members and allocated and directed their roles in the store

As a front of house staff member, my main responsibility was to greet, serve and take customers’ orders. In addition to maintaining stock levels, cleaning dine-in areas, packing food orders and making drinks
