Summary

I am a motivated and values-driven health management professional with a strong foundation in project management, executive support, strategic communication, and organisational improvement.

I am currently completing a Health Management Internship with the Australasian College of Health Service Management (ACHSM), and a Master's of Health Leadership and Management with the University of New South Wales (UNSW). I’m building expertise in health systems, change management, and public policy through rotations across both corporate and clinical portfolios.

With over four years at Far West Local Health District (FWLHD), I’ve had the opportunity to work as Executive Assistant to Executive Directors and later as Executive & Media Support Officer to the Chief Executive. These roles have strengthened my skills in corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and supporting high-level decision-making in complex and resource-constrained environments.

I’m particularly passionate about driving improvement at the intersection of health, environmental sustainability, and economic efficiency, especially within regional communities. I believe healthcare has a critical role to play in responding to climate and equity challenges, and I’m committed to contributing to more sustainable, consumer-focused health systems.

I bring a positive mindset, professionalism, and an authentic leadership style to my work, and I excel in collaborative environments that prioritise delivering long-term value and meaningful impact.
