We use to Call Custodians to retrieve medical, property, police and insurance records of customers on the behalf of Attorney's. We use to represent attorney to get records which they required for there cases

This was US Voice Collections Process. We use to collect due phone and internet bills within the legal limits. We also use to give them different payment options and settlement offers to make sure they make payment on time

As a Customer Sale Executive we were mediator between Customer and technical team. It was US voice process. We use to call customer and inform them about our product which was Microsoft System. If customer agree to buy the product we would complete the formalities and connect them to our technical team for further process
