Answering telephone calls throughout the day - handling a range of enquires including: explaining title insurance and what is covered, providing quotes
Extensive diary management and appointment setting
Organising and coordinating all travel requirements, along with providing a detailed itinerary
Coordination of Executive Team conferences
Coordinating Board meetings including compiling and distributing board packs
Maintenance of office supplies, including stationery and kitchen requirements
Monthly reconciliation of expenses
Ad-hoc duties as required.
