I am a 19 year ol women who has over 3 years experience in hospitality, communicating with other staff members and management team members. I am seeking a full time job, i have planned to start studies in July 2024. I have previous experience with customer service roles, a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service, am able to work well in a fast-paced environment and multi-task, i have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and more.
when i first started in this job i was just a barista in training which in this job description i would handle food going into the merry chef and back out, pouring back up shots of coffee, warming milk up for the coffee, handling cold drinks, completed head set training for the speaker box, handling cash then i move into a higher role being supervisor. would arrive to work with a positive attitude. During my shifts as a supervisor i would organise breaks, ensure everything in the store was running properly, if there was anything wrong i would contact my manager or assistant manager straight away, sometimes organise stock that other stores need to borrow, handling customer complaints, handling cash and tills, opening or closing the store.
When i first started in this job i was a cook for a fish and chips takeaway, i would handle the fish and chips to cook, customer service, handling seafood, handling deli, establishing good cleaning around the seafood and deli and around the whole store, ensuring my station for the day was clean at all times, handling cash. Then i stepped into a higher role being a supervisor, i would arrive to work with a positive attitude, handling the tills on close or open, handling customer complaints, applied strong leadership talents and problem - solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.
