• Receive incoming orders
• Confirm availability and quantity of requested product
• Identify location of product and go to location to collect by hand or using specialized equipment where necessary
• Assemble orders
• Complete a check of the items assembled against the details on the order sheet and address any anomalies (this may include contacting the customer to determine substitutes for unavailable stock)
• Pack the order to specifications
• Label the order with dispatch instructions
• Answer customer enquiries

With the use of internet perform survey and collection of data from people in gaining knowledge and insights concerning subjects based on marketing, product commercials and business.
