Communication is a vital skill in any workplace, therefore having that skill and putting it into practice is something I demonstrate every day. Having worked in Customer Service, I am aware of the need to represent and conduct myself in a manner that is both professional and approachable. Being able to help others who seek assistance or understanding with a certain matter, whilst maintaining focus on the task at hand is something I excel and am confident at/with.
