Monty Pure

As a reflection of my career experience, I have developed a strong work ethic and live by the motto "The way to lead is the way to succeed". This has been tested during the course of covid 19 impacting all areas of the industry, I accepted the challenge using all skills I've learnt and refined during my working career. I was able to adapt and be flexible keeping company policies and procedures, also learning as I went, as this was a difficult time. Staying up to date with current WMS and the latest logistics options, I consider myself to be a valuable asset to a company as I bring a wealth of experience and skills accompanied by a strong passion to meet and exceed all goals set.
