I am an extremely conscientious, non smoking and hard working team player. I have excellent client resolution skills and have a passion and intellect for researching any products related to my work in order to best recommend appropriate products from a well informed perspective. I especially understand the role that outstanding Customer Service plays in both the financial and branding benefits from Return & Loyal customers. I understand O H & S and that being well versed in the specifications of a product is a major part in the successful outcome of all customer service interactions.

Health and well being leads to a more positive and productive life - with reduced 'time -off' as a direct and well documented consequence.  I like reading and researching anything that takes my fancy.  Researching facts, in particular, makes me very self-assured in conversation and better abled to successfully converse with people. For example, when I worked at the hair salon I researched all of the third party consumables and hair technician products so that I could better advise the clients with what I was selling them.
