Extensive knowledge of program facilitation, delivery and reporting for Sporting Schools, Miniroos and Kick It programs. Management and training workforce of more than 30 individuals, from onboarding through to termination.
Leading a team of 10 Participation and Community staff from Football West and Football Australia to activate at the Matildas’ Asian Olympic Qualifying games in Perth. Organising more than 1,500 children from both metro and regional Western Australia to participate across three match days.
Piloted Football West’s integration of Squadi registration systems into Kick It programs. Involvement included program development, risk management, strategic rollout, ongoing customer support and project analysis. The new system was deployed to aid FW’s strategic plan to increase participation over the coming years.
Provided the Program Lead with support for Miniroos, Sporting Schools and Kick It programs while growing the area of community participation. Knowledge of booking procedures for Sporting Schools, Kick It and Miniroos football programs. Participated in the development of marketing material for Sporting Schools, Miniroos and Kick It programs.
Held the title of amateur reserves captain, amateur coordinator and CUFC committee member from 2021 to 2023. Assisted with coaching and coordinating training programs. Developed amateur teams by mentoring individual players. Solely responsible for hiring a new coach and attracting marquee players.
Pioneered a senior leadership group which included team captains, a technical director, a strength and conditioning coach, and a physio to maximise team performance.
Experienced with PlayFootball and MyGameDay apps, confirming the registration of players and recording weekend match cards.
