Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant, I worked primarily with OES (Original Employer Services) claims and some RSS (Recovery Support Service) claims. Working in OES involved liaising with insurance agents, employers, workers and their treating medical professionals to co-ordinate a safe and sustainable return to work for all parties. RSS was a short-term service to assist workers with treatment co-ordination, mental health support and goal setting prior to commencing a return to work. In this role, I am also head of the Social Committee which involves organizing social events such as the Christmas Party, Team Building, BBQ's for a team of 100.
