Having over 15 years of managing my own business, along with 6 years of managing projects for the Victorian Department of Education has led me to manage many projects across four sites for this company. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, some of these projects included:

• Migrating all sites from WeighPay to ScrapIT, which involved managing and overseeing the finance, technical, and operations team to deliver a state wide change, and introduce a better-suited scale ticketing platform across four sites throughout Victoria.
• 3CX multi-site phone system - Managing the technical team to plan, implement, and deploy virtual phones across all sites.
• Global scrap export process - Managing the project that led to the change in the way the business exported scrap material internationally.
• Implementation of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Active Directory and security into the business.
• Collaborated closely with senior management on long-term strategic planning initiatives related to projects in development or execution stages.
• Maintained records of all documents related to each project including specifications, change orders, invoices.
• Coordinated resources across multiple departments and teams as needed for successful completion of projects.

I took on this role with the expectation of restructuring the ICT organisation, and I am proud to have led the team that planned, introduced, and executed the following:

• Remote learning planning and implementation for staff and students during COVID-19
• Complete network rebuild, including new servers, virtual machines, and switches
• Printing and photocopying monitoring setup using PaperCut
• Asset tracking and monitoring using Disco ICT services.
• Cisco wireless access point migration
• Google tenant migration
• iOS device migration to the JamF cloud tenant
• O365 and Microsoft Azure implementation
• SSCM design and implementation into the organisation
• Helpdesk ticketing system introduction and implementation
• Introduction of organisational management platforms
• Technician mentorship and training program
• Managed the project budget and resources in order to ensure successful completion of projects within specified timelines.
• Provided technical guidance on ICT related matters to other departments and teams.
