As a package handler for Allied Express Transport I mainly specialised in allocating packages to their destination on the loading dock, it was physical work that required a lot of attention to detail as well as rigorous co-ordinates team work. As I am young and filled with lots of ideas I had lots of ambitions to help improve the work load to ensure that we can maximise our efforts, I communicated with fellow co-workers to help re-organize the way we load the boxes onto the loading docks so before it is time to leave we did not have to spend much time re-organizing it, unfortunately being new and not experienced enough they did not really pay attention.
