Stronger Password rollout - Due to the complex nature of password policies across various ecosystems and the presence of over 3.5 million active customers, Mrinmoy has taken a leadership role in working with both internal and external digital stakeholders and has successfully delivered an end-to-end customer journey, encompassing requirement elicitation, testing, and progressive rollout across the customer base.
Fraud and scam intervention - Mrinmoy played a pivotal role in delivering in Westpac and RRB’s combined customer base of approximately 7 million, contributing significantly to recent fraud and scam uplift programs, including Safer Pay, Payee Name Checks, and Westpac 000 which help combat scam losses and improve fraud awareness within customer base. Due to these contributions, Mrinmoy earned the "Digital Superstar" award from the leadership team.
Coaching and process improvement - As the most senior member of the Business Analysis practice, I regularly participate in coaching and upskilling new members and graduates to familiarize them with Westpac’s core values and Business Analysis artifacts. I have also taken ownership of improving various documentation artifacts, such as the Story template for Confluence, Westpac horizontal guidelines, and Jira hygiene, among others.

Senior Technical Business Analyst – TOM Implementation Project
Led a team of 4 responsible for planning and designing SharePoint based solution and Implementation of Tax Operations Manager (TOM) for clients including Rio Tinto, CBA, and Mirvac. TOM is a SharePoint based technology platform that provides the tools for process management, document management, collaboration, management insights, and reporting across tax functions.
Senior Business analyst, Perpetual Transition Project, Perpetual Limited. October 2012 – December 2014
Led the BAU Integration project for the takeover of a large-scale financial organization. This role included planning and designing multiple Information System integrations and consolidations, Database server upgrades and integrations, knowledge transfer of 900+ applications, upgrades of over 300+ physical servers, and 200+ application upgrades. Developed a plan to facilitate the offshore counterparts' successful transition of application knowledge for future support, reducing costs and improving business processes.
CHIME Modernisation Project, Technical BA/FA, NSW HEALTH. August 2010 – September 2012
Led the functional design and delivery of a Community Health Information Management Enterprise system and was responsible for a range of work including data modelling and relationship mapping, conducting over 150 design workshops, creation of document management portal and owner of UAT environments and release cycle. The functional requirements were captured into a technical specification document as a deliverable.
