I was the only florist and responsible for creating a customer base, ordering stock (fresh, dried and silk), fulfilling all customer orders, taking and processing of customer orders, stocktake and stock control, shop presentation, flower care, and design and ticketing, I was Area Manager of North Queensland, overseeing eight local stores, supervising staff in all these above tasks.
