Committee member, the Australian Water Association's Young Water Professionals Committee, SA Branch (Sept 2024 - Present)

· Contribute to advancing water sustainability and security by connecting emerging leaders and professionals across South Australia, and support knowledge-sharing, innovation, and inclusion through events and initiatives that build networks, grow technical expertise, and develop leadership capabilities within the water sector.

Vice Chair, Consult Australia's FutureNet SA Committee (Feb 2024 – present)

· Represent WSP on a cross-industry committee connecting emerging professionals with industry leaders; co-hosted the FutureNet Industry Breakfast on the Main South Road Construction project, overseeing event planning, guest speaker engagement, logistics coordination, and serving as event MC.

Visibility and inclusion in the built environment (VIBE) champion, WSP Australia (Jan 2024 - present)

· Advocate for diversity and inclusion through VIBE, WSP's LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group; champion initiatives such as Pride Month celebrations, IDAHOBIT Day, and Wear It Purple Day to promote a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

· Support and foster a diverse, inclusive, and empowering community for graduates by leading engagement initiatives, peer mentoring, and personal and professional development, with a strong focus on encouraging the next generation of women in STEM.
