-Selecting different level of electric flow according to the thickness of metal.

-Gernal maintenance & Pre start check on every shift.

-Powder coating of various iron materials

-Preparation of materials including cleaning, Acid treatment and galvanised.

-Maintaining the temperature of the Hot oven to ensure quality paint work.

-General maintenance of powder coating gun and equipment to ensure smooth operation of powder coating Gun.
