- Ensure all appropriate measures are in place for the business continuity and 24/7 laboratories operations
- Attend regular meetings with the senior management and provide updates on the progress of reactive and preventive maintenance, capital projects, expenses and overall operational status of the facility
- Respond to all emergencies, investigate the root cause of system/equipment failures and identify the performance deficiency by improving the system response and reliability
