As a Business owner, I was handling the social media, orders and deliveries. I was working on the orders by suggesting the clients where they asked my opinion as my business was about customised baskets. Other than that, I also used to take suggestions/ feedback so that there is improvements and more customer satisfaction.

Other than that, I was also doing marketing for my online store. That was done by asking friends to share it. Secondly, by asking people on social media with good following to share on their stories.

In these 3 months, I was on a rotation bases. I was initially in their call center, and then I was in their corporate sector. By working in these departments, I worked on a few skills. These skills included the following:

• Microsoft Excel.
• Data software handling.
• Time management.
• Team Work.
