My job responsibilities were,
1. Assisting veterinarians during surgical procedures, including preparing the surgical suite, sterilizing instruments, and monitoring anesthesia.
2. Preparing animals for surgery, including shaving and disinfecting surgical sites, placing catheters, and administering pre-operative medications.
