- Designed and validated an Accelerator Robot using SolidWorks CAD and ANSYS FEA (static, modal, and buckling analysis) to ensure structural integrity, stiffness, and repeatability under dynamic loads.
- Developed a low-cost, modular AEBS test platform for ADR98/01 compliance, targeting precise throttle actuation and VRU (pedestrian/cyclist) simulation.
- Benchmarked system performance against AB Dynamics commercial platforms, achieving ~60% cost reduction while maintaining competitive accuracy and modularity.
- Planned and initiated design of a VRU Platform (4WD chassis with BLDC hub motors, CFRP deck, and integrated control via Raspberry Pi/Arduino), capable of simulating pedestrian/cyclist trajectories at speeds up to 60 km/h.
- Produced a fabrication roadmap and integration strategy, including mechanical–electrical synchronization, telemetry, safety protocols, and data logging for automated compliance reporting.
