- I am able to endure extended periods of being on foot due to my previous job at Krispy Kreme packaging We were forced to be on our feet the majority of the shift and only allowed a 10 minute break after 3 hours of work and a 30 minute break after another 3 hours of work We had primarily 6-7 hour shifts so that means standing for at least 5 hours and 20 minutes in total with a 40 minute break in total; I also have around 8 months of work experience at Krispy Kreme
- I have worked out for 2-3 years in the past so physical/manual labour does not intimidate me as much of a threat, this can be helpful especially if a job requires/favours endurance or strength In fact I rather enjoy physical activities such as exercise making jobs that require physical activity ideal to me
- I am highly proficient in English and can also speak Pashto I can de-escalate high stress situations verbally as I have done this many times with my friends or family, I know what to say and how to say it to avoid further complications
- My friends/peers often describe me as composed and maintaining a calm demeanour My previous manager at Krispy Kreme would always mention my calm and private nature alongside my co-workers This can be effective especially in tense situations because I am able to have control situations and do what's most rational/logical
- I have a probationary driving license, meaning I can also drive if needed
- An underspoken part of my job at Krispy Kreme is regarding moving trays, we would sometimes carry stacks of trays weighing heavy as part of our cleaning/organising I have had regular experience with using strength during my time working
- My certificate II in Electrotechnology has helped improve my time management skills, and has given me the ability to use various types of types such as experience with multi combination pliers, soft faced hammers, plasterboard saw etc
