1) Design and modifications of in mould labelling robot


  • Project Budget $20,000 - $40,000.
  • Used existing retired robot to make robot for a new project.
  • Designed complete robot conversion from 4 cavity to 6 cavity.
  • Assemble all CNC machined parts to make assemblies and furthermore install and wire up all sensors, valves, vacuum pumps, cylinders and motors.

2) Design and fabricate dehumidifier covers for injection molding machines


  • Design and fabricated Dehumidifier covers for injection moulding machines in house.
  • Fabricated each cover with the material cost of $5000 which was quoted $15,000 from third party.
  • Total cost saved $130,000.

3) 3 new manufacturing lines design coordination and installation.


  • Project budget $ 3 million.
  • Lead the project from product, label and mould design to robot design and machine selection.
  • Co-ordinated with design team at Enelkon, turkey including few visits to their sites.
  • Installed all 3 machines and robots at our site, including IML robot, IMM and machine vision system programming.
