Department of Education, Skills, and Employment: Assisted the engagement to undertake an independent expert witness on behalf of the Department in relation to the Proceeding to prepare an expert report concerning the eligibility and suitability of students enrolled in courses offered by Australian Vocational Learning Institute Pty Ltd (in Liquidation) in FY 2015.

ACT Government: Performed and managed the Financial Viability Assessments for the ACT Government's pre-qualification process. This process is performed for applicants seeking to be approved as providers of construction services for the ACT Gov.

Department of Education and Training: Assisted the engagement to conduct financial viability assessments of ongoing approved VET Student Loan Providers and financial viability analysis of applicants seeking to be approved as VET Student Loan providers in 2021 to 2024.

Private Forensic Investigations: Managed junior resource and supported them by transferring my knowledge and experience in AML / CTF for a forensic review of State-owned Mint's Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) program as a part of the Royal Commission.

HWL Ebsworth Lawyers: Assisted in managing the forensic investigation of a data-breach of a private organisation which involved over one million documents containing Personal Information Identifiers as a result of a data breach.

• Ensuring compliance with current Financial Crime regulations (AUSTRAC), and other relevant legislation is adhered to and implemented effectively.
• Review/Audit PEP and Sanctions alerts for potential risk and follow required reporting based on AUSTRAC / AML requirements.
