- Floatation (Mixing Reagents including SIBX, SMBS (Sulphuric acid), Aerophine and frothers, Monitoring Grades and making adjustments to get the targeted grades of final product Lead and Zinc), Operating Dual Floatation Circuits, checking Ph and densities.
- Conducting particle size analysis, ensuring correct particle sizing to achieve high grade liberation.
- Conducting XRF for the grades of metals in float feed and final Con.
- Filtration (Dehydrating the liquid concentrated stock to get the final product in a solid desired/final graded form), Ensuring concentrate moisture is within transportable moisture limit
