Within my current Role at Impact care Solutions, my key deliverables include but are not limited to:
- Managing the Coordination of the day-to-day therapeutic schedules to ensure they are in line with client and case plan goals.
- Supporting in the psychological development of youth who have experienced severe trauma utilising the ARC+C Framework, resulting in long term positive engagement in the program activities, re-engagement in schooling and better life outcomes.
- Managing, directing and coaching therapeutic support teams and associated stakeholders to effectively support clients in OOHC & Disability.

- Developed and implemented various administrative systems and processes to effectively manage programs, which resulted in programs running efficiently ensuring young people had the appropriate resources assigned to them in line with the BISP, and staff could effectively support young people with their challenges.
- Developed program budgets and ensured the management of those budgets were met by staff.
- Regular supervision and coaching of staff to implement the TCI(Therapeutic Crisis intervention) model to manage crisis situations.
- I act as a senior escalation point to ensure appropriate management and mitigation of risks and issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
- I regularly balance corporate finances for ITC programs and roster staff according to the RoC for accurate billing purposes.
- Collaborated with Therapeutic specialists, Caseworkers and Case Managers to educate and direct our teams supporting young people on the effective implementation of the ARC + C model in order to ensure a safe homelike environment that supports children & young people in care to thrive.
- Leading teams of direct care staff in delivering high-quality clients in ITC and IPA placements.
- Maintained transparent and professional communication with external stakeholders, Department of Social Workers (DSWs), and management team to ensure alignment with program goals and participant needs
- Supported participants in achieving their therapeutic goals by actively engaging with them, managing incidents, and adapting program schedules as needed
- Ensured compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Code of Conduct, implementing behaviour support plans and maintaining a home-like environment reflective of participants' needs
- Facilitated medication reviews, and participated in stakeholder meetings to address participant welfare and program effectiveness.
- Developed administrative systems and processes optimizing program efficiency, ensuring resource allocation aligned with participant requirements and organizational budget.
- Collaborated with therapeutic specialists and case managers to ensure effective care plans were being followed within our programs, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients in our ITC and IPA placements.
- Regularly provided on-call support during rostered oncall periods.
