Within my current Role at Impact care Solutions, my key deliverables include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the Coordination of the day-to-day therapeutic schedules to ensure they are in line with client and case plan goals.
  • Supporting in the psychological development of youth who have experienced severe trauma utilising the ARC+C Framework, resulting in long term positive engagement in the program activities, re-engagement in schooling and better life outcomes.
  • Managing, directing and coaching therapeutic support teams and associated stakeholders to effectively support clients in OOHC & Disability.
  • Conducting regular induction and refresher training to new and seasoned staff members to ensure the effective implementation of company policies and processes in order to coach and prepare them to work within complex OOHC and ITC programs.

  • Regular supervision and coaching of staff to implement the TCI(Therapeutic Crisis intervention) model to manage crisis situations.

  • I regularly balance corporate finances for ITC programs and roster staff according to the RoC for accurate billing purposes.

Accomplishments

    Through the effective implementation of Therapeutic strategies and directing well trained teams, i have helped to save the life of a child in my care who suffered from AFRID and a myriad of other disabilities and developmental challenges.

    The child grew into a very capable and respectful adolescent.
