• Chief Digital Officer/Product Owner of www.eshipfinance.com. Successfully conceived, designed, developed and launched the eshipfinance.com platform, with business resources in EU and development based out of Sydney. Attended numerous international forums and conferences to evangelise and launch the new, innovative platform, while building alliances and C-Level relationships.
• Head of Credit Risk Transformation at Westpac. Product Owner for the SRDE platform, initiated large scale migration and re-engineering program of the Westpac credit risk platform from on-premise to cloud. Restructured a large (150+) team into an Agile structure
• Successfully delivered the PIMS (Uptime) product and Risk Based Integrity Management (RBIM) at Queensland Gas (British Gas). This program had significant environmental and political challenges, and was initially taken over as a failing project to a global strategic client for DNV GL. Delivered this program significantly under forecasted spend. Savings of $6M, and contingent savings of circa $80M.
• Successful delivery of the Pipeline Integrity Management System Program at the APA Group Limited. This program was delivered on time, on budget and exceeded quality specifications. Savings of $140M over 5 years achieved.

This has resulted, among others, in the:, Successful approval for 3-year funding in the implementation of an Engineering GIS platform at APA Group Limited, in order to manage pipeline integrity of circa 20000 Km of gas transmission pipeline., Successful SOW to implement GIS PIMS and RBIM (Risk based Integrity Management) system at Queensland Gas for DNV GL, Successful SOWs for a number of private businesses and public agencies in NZ for the implementation of a Risk and Safety solution for DNV GL., Successful Business case approval at CBA for the implementation of Ariba as the Bank’s Enterprise supply chain and Spend management solution.
• Team and Relationships Management, Management of team sizes between 15 and 150 in direct and 100+ in matrix structures. Capabilities included Program/Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts/Product Owners, PMO, Developers and Testers., Strong focus on people development (onshore and offshore), team leadership and communications with all stake holders., Vendor, stakeholders & client relationships - management and development of key relationships (internal and external), with a proven ability to secure mutually beneficial outcomes., Strong C-level network., I have marketed eshipfinance at global industry fora in Athens, Amsterdam and New York, among others, through presenting a value proposition and product roadmap to targeted stakeholder groups.
