  • Chief Digital Officer/Product Owner of www.eshipfinance.com. Successfully conceived, designed, developed and launched the eshipfinance.com platform, with business resources in EU and development based out of Sydney. Attended numerous international forums and conferences to evangelise and launch the new, innovative platform, while building alliances and C-Level relationships.
  • Head of Credit Risk Transformation at Westpac. Product Owner for the SRDE platform, initiated large scale migration and re-engineering program of the Westpac credit risk platform from on-premise to cloud. Restructured a large (150+) team into an Agile structure
  • Successfully delivered the PIMS (Uptime) product and Risk Based Integrity Management (RBIM) at Queensland Gas (British Gas). This program had significant environmental and political challenges, and was initially taken over as a failing project to a global strategic client for DNV GL. Delivered this program significantly under forecasted spend. Savings of $6M, and contingent savings of circa $80M.
  • Successful delivery of the Pipeline Integrity Management System Program at the APA Group Limited. This program was delivered on time, on budget and exceeded quality specifications. Savings of $140M over 5 years achieved.
