As a leader in the teaching profession, I believe in every student succeeding. I aim to empower learners to successfully transition from the Junior to Senior phase of their learning, encouraging positive engagement and ownership of their personal learning journey. I support student and staff wellbeing, creating a safe and inclusive environment with the aim of learning and improving together. I align my teaching and leadership on the school improvement model, utilizing the school improvement hierarchy and inquiry cycle to inform my decision making, improving my teaching practice and delivery of the Australian Curriculum and Senior Syllabus. I strive to provide students and staff members with the confidence and ambition to achieve their future aspirations, developing their leadership credentials both at school and in the community.
