I have had a passion for the Meat Industry, since I was 18 years old and have now been working in the industry over the past 25 years.
In that time, I have sliced, boned, packed, helped with load out, cleaned and sanitised, worked in offal, trained other Meat Slicers and used related machinery and many other related tasks. I have completed certificate II in meat processing (Abattoirs) at JBS Beef City, as well as training in HACCP, customer procedures and workplace safety.
I am well mannered and respectful of others at all times, and work safely and efficiently, both unsupervised or as part of a team.
