• Manage inventory of build materials, ensuring availability as needed and avoid as much wastage as possible,
• Conduct site inspections to assess build progress and identify any issues,

• Create comprehensive take off’s and estimates for custom design homes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and adherence to company guidelines,

Project Highlights:

• Provided accurate estimation for a two-story property worth 2.8 million dollars on Campbell St including unique features like curved internal walls and facade brick wall as well as a spiral staircase constructed with stone.
• Estimated a 1.9 million- dollar traditional double-storey Hamptons build with split-level, featuring cultured stone works and coffered ceilings.

• Managed the maintenance of precise records for project operations including budgets, timelines, and purchase orders
• Worked closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver precise and comprehensive estimates.
• Utilise construction management software, such as Cubit, for effective scheduling, file management and budget controls
• Continuously refine internal estimating software to improve efficiency and accuracy for greater impact

Project Highlights:

• Provided accurate estimates for a 4.4 million build at Rathdowne St, Carlton North for Schulberg Demkiw Architects. Heritage listed facade, a basement with precast concrete panels, off formed concrete walls, and institute concrete structures.
• Successfully estimated a 3.3 million-dollar architectural project involving batten wrapped timber features, a basement, lift, car stacker and separate studio.
• Estimated the construction of a modern split-level residence with a pool at Spray St, Elwood for Venn architects. Project had a budget of 2.8 million.

• As a project estimator, my role involved producing and overseeing the full cycle of all project estimates (tenders, contracts, variations, selections, BOQ’s) in accordance with client requirements and the company’s high standards
• Offer technical support to all departments, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best outcome for Clients
• Engaging in effective relationships with key internal and external partners, including Design Team, Construction, Procurement and the supplier network chains
• Complete order margin reports (OMR) to identify losses incurred by the business and present the findings to senior management.

• As a Production Estimator with Simonds Homes, I was directly responsible for maintaining quality of work, accuracy and meeting the required turnaround times for all projects,
• Research cost such as material, labor, and overhead expenses to calculate total project costs,
• Performed periodic reviews of existing contracts to identify areas where savings can be achieved,
• Building effective relationships with key internal and external partners, such as drafting, design, sales, construction, procurement, and suppliers,
• Proposing ideas to enhance departmental efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and overall business sales and profitability.

• Ensuring design team intent has been reflected through correct product ordering systems and processes,

• Preparing subcontractors orders and retentions,
