My role at Compare club is communicating with existing customers that have active Private Health Insurance and making comparisons with other policies with different health funds to tailor make and find a policy that's suitable for the customer.

• Provided expert product knowledge to customers, leading to informed purchasing decisions and increased satisfaction levels.
• Increased sales by establishing rapport with customers and identifying their needs.
• Increased sales by offering advice on purchases and promoting additional products.

• As i moved higher up the ladder I collected customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for myself and my store, resulting in increased customer loyalty
• During my time i had developed relationships with local businesses to generate repeat customers and referrals

• Successfully managed to take on standard to difficult challenges in the cafe by my strong use of multi-tasking which helped decrease the chances of any mistakes being made and completing the job at a satisfactory level
