As a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator, I have spent two years fostering a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 2 months to 3 years. My journey began with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, which I completed within 12 months as part of a traineeship. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to build strong relationships with both children and families while supporting their developmental and educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Childcare & Development: Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 2 months to 3 years, assisting with daily routines, play-based learning, and emotional development.
• Room Support: Assist in the nursery and babies' room, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment while promoting age-appropriate activities for infants and toddlers.

• Health & Safety: Ensure that all safety and health protocols are strictly followed, including monitoring the children's well-being and administering first aid when necessary.

• Curriculum Implementation: Assist in the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and create engaging learning experiences tailored to children's interests and developmental stages.
