I am a compassionate and motivated soon to be teacher seeking to gain experience and take the first steps into developing my educational career further. I am flexible, organised, willing to learn, strive to create an inclusive and strcutured learning/play environment. Focused on making positive relationships with both students and families to ensure students are heard and accompained for. I am personable and professional who obtained excellent communication skills, admin abilities and multitaking abilities.
Within this position, I completed a variety of roles during each shift. These ranged from opening and closing the service, desk work, communication with parents/ care givers, document handling, creating relationships with all children, learning experiences, shift organization, understanding each child, parent, care giver and staffs concerns, needs, and wants. Coordinator role has allowed me to work on the inclusion support documentation for the service, working with the kids soft network, creating reports and newsletters and a lot more.
The position has allowed me to develop the confidence to speak with parents through one-on-one, formal and informal conversations.

This position I believe as developed me further into understanding my responsibility as a up and coming teacher.
I started this position as a casual educator, working my up to a responsible person, part-time educator and educational leader. These roles allowed me to develop and understand in charge positions, managing a service. These skills and aspects allowed me to develop teaching confidence, a range of professional skills. Including but not limited to organising students experiences, managing coworkers and experience in transitioning students of all primary ages. This overall experiences have highly developed my communication skills including both positive interactions and experience in resolving conflict.
Within this position, I completed a variety of roles during each shift. These ranged from opening and closing the store, serving customers, cleaning, cash handling and working towards Key Performance Indicators and ensuring health and safety was maintained at all times.
This role had me stationed primarily at the front counter. I was in charge of making sure customers’ food was correct before handing it to them, retrieving the drinks for the orders and making sure the dining area was clean for customers to enjoy their dining experience.

Throughout all my schooling years, I enjoyed participating in volunteer work and giving back to the community at large. Some of the volunteer work I participated in included the 40hr Famine, Footprints in the Park, Ipswich food barn donations, Ipswich Hospice, RSPCA fundraiser’s, Salvation Army door knocks, World Vision and assisting the Zonta Club. I have tried to carry on this work outside of school as much as I possibly can by donating to the community.
I am currently in my final year of my Bachelor of Primary Education degree however, will not be completing till January of 2024.
