NADIA KARAAN

Cranbourne South,Australia

Summary

I am a law and criminology student at Deakin University, with a passion for the criminal justice system. I am currently a research assistant with the Sentencing Advisory Council, which lets me work face-to-face with the issues that present themselves in our delicate system. I am often researching different areas of law and assessing the approaches that different jurisdictions have to offer. I work as a team with my colleagues as they complete incredible research projects, while I start the process with initial research and finish it with my editing skills, ensuring the work meets industry guidelines.

Criminal law is my passion, and if I can enhance my understanding of it before joining the workforce, then I can only make a bigger difference.
