Pre-commissioning and Commissioning

• Collaborated with management team members on long-term plans for improving overall efficiency.
• Monitored daily operations to ensure that all tasks were completed in a timely manner.
• Inspected installations for compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Trained staff on proper operation of all machinery and safety procedures related to machine use.
• Maintained accurate records of all maintenance activities including work orders, reports and other documents.
• Provided technical guidance on equipment selection, layout designs and troubleshooting techniques.
• Classified system into various streams and subsystems to carryout pre‑commissioning activities on priority base.
• Inspected and verified every pipeline, equipment, and instruments are in the field as outlined in approved P&ID.
• Ensured calibration and testing of instruments prior to installation.
• Conducted cleaning activities for pipes, vessels and tanks by air blowing and flushing.
• Decoupled pump from motor and conducted different tests and final alignment.
• Pump Motor Run Test (PMRT) for mechanical pumps.

• LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) coordination.
• Made sure the lineups for sewage introduction and TSE water transfer, by implementing LOTOs as per the approved P&ID in the IDC, before plant operation startup.
• Prepared and implemented LOTOs for Stream‑1 isolation.
• Commissioned Belt press and Lime silo along with vendors and made sure the functioning as per QG requirements.
• Ensured working of HVAC system (Package units) for electrical substation.
• Reviewed monthly production reports to assess performance levels against established goals.
