I started working at The Redbrick Hotel soon after moving to Australia. Initially starting off as a Bartender, I was promoted to Restaurant Manager, where I managed daily operations to ensure a high level of efficiency, consistency, and quality in both food and service. I regularly collaborated with the executive chef on menu development and promoted a positive work environment with proactive conflict resolution strategies and team-building activities.
