suppliers and procurement, sustainable construction strategies and compliance with environmental legislation.

• Undertaking energy modelling, BESS assessments, STORM assessments and other relevant assessments to prepare the reports.
• Preparing SDAs, SMPs, WSUD reports for town planning application.

• Perform assessments for NCC energy efficiency compliance, including Section J JV3 modelling
• Perform NatHERS modelling using HERO or any other software as directed.
• Prepare other documentation such as memorandum/ addenda to address the council RFI.
• Understand the council requirements and provide consultation to the design team accordingly.
• Liaising with the design team and project stakeholders.
