Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of educators to develop meaningful activities that align with NQF and VEYLDF; implement differentiated approaches for diverse students to ensure accessibility to activities.
• Compile reports on children's observations, incidents, assessment and reflection on sessions.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians regarding students' behaviours and development.
• Serve as the designated Responsible Person, ensure services meet education & care regulations, and upkeep children's medical files and risk minimisation plans.
