Technical Support For an Automated Tax Engine and Billing System

• Provided technical software support for one of the big four consulting firms in AU and around Asia clients. Identified and resolved application-level bugs that improved user experience.
• Developed new feature requests, deployed the system to the cloud (Azure DevOps), solved system incidents (bug fixes) and answered clients’ enquiries. Exposed to working with Angular, Node.js, MSSQL and Azure DevOps.
• Developed a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline that automated running end-to-end regression test scripts and reduced time to manual testing.
• Optimized database queries for improved performance.
• Created an automated connector between Jira and Confluence that logs environment to version mapping on the Confluence page.

Heart Monitoring Medical System

• Involved in transforming a heart-monitoring medical system to improve user experience, utilising modern technologies, heartbeat analysis, and AI capability.
• Developed endpoints in the microservice to fetch, download and install firmware from AWS S3 into the heart monitoring device.
• The new system was developed using NestJS Microservices backend, Next.JS, PostgreSQL, and Android Kotlin Multiplatform.

Government Supplier Hub Platform

• Provided technical support for a Government Supplier Hub to ensure smooth running and minimised critical bugs. Technical support includes resolving application-level bugs and implementing feature request changes to the application's functionality and UI.
• The tech stacks involved are Adobe Coldfusion, Lucee, MySQL, JavaScript, FarcyCore web applications framework, Locust, and Selenium. Used Jira and Bitbucket for project management and version control.

NESA Online HSC System

• Supported developing and testing a new online HSC testing system, ensuring a smooth transition to production and addressing all critical bug issues before HSC exams.
• Collaborated with developers to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Exposed to using Angular, deployed as containers and orchestrated by Rancher and AWS S3.

Shopify Connector App

• Developed a Shopify Connector app enabling merchants to utilise MRL Global as their shipping carrier and view warehouse orders inside the Shopify app dashboard. The app was developed in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Accelerated Shopify Connector app development. The app was approved and listed on the Shopify marketplace, onboarding two clients and sending over 100 orders daily to MRL Global.

Warehouse Management System

• Contributed to the transformation of an existing warehouse management platform utilising ExtJS.
• Documented and implemented Selenium testing scripts for the existing warehouse management platform.
• I successfully developed and presented a POC warehouse management platform with modern UI to directors and was approved to proceed with product development.

Modern Mortgage Web Application Integrated with CRM

• Developed and deployed mortgage web applications utilising JavaScript, .NET Blazor (C#), Radzen UI library, and MSSQL.
• Developed a refinance calculator integrating with Salestrekker CRM to provide customised mortgage products tailored to customers' mortgage finance situations.
• Led newly joined interns to maintain, debug and develop new features of the web applications.
• I successfully learned the .NET Blazor Server framework within two weeks and started the project by reading and practising from Microsoft documentation.
• I successfully integrated Salestrekker CRM using GraphQL to display hundreds of mortgage products tailored to the customers’ financial situation.
