Summary
I came to Australia in 2016 .This is when i decide to become a childcare educator. I started working in kinder club childcare centre. In less that 3 month i got a full-time job in Toddler room where i really enjoy working.
While working as an assistant i was helping my room leader by doing the program and was supporting her to lead the room therefore i apply for my diploma for further learning.
When my director saw that am capable to lead the team and able to deliver effective and valuable documentation of children’s learning in accordance with the centre philosophy and the Learning Outcomes. They offer me that room leader post after i got my diploma.
Since then, i have been working in toddler room. Unfortunately, i had to leave in 2022 as i moved in a different suburb . And then i started working in kool kidz as a room leader recently got in rolling in certificate 4 in school based educational support as an hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure teacher assistant position. Ready to help team achieve company goals.
