1. After the project is established, carry out in-depth design of the project system and produce drawings.
2. Track the implementation of the project, solve technical problems during the implementation process, and organize and report to the technical director.
3. Correctly control the technical changes in the project implementation process, and make technical improvements with the goal of reducing costs and reducing defective products.
4. Formulate and guide various inspections and commissioning of the project, and complete the document compilation and operation training after the completion of the improvement project.
5. Accumulate data and experience in the project implementation process, summarize and analyze technical management issues in the project implementation process. Form a feasible plan for continuous improvement.
