• Preparing weld visual reports, joint selection for NDT,PMI as per piping line class requirements

• Preparation and carry out the Procedure Qualification
• Prepare Inspection and Test Plan as required
• Carryout in-process welding control activities like material verification, welder production technique against the approved WPS and fit-up inspection
• Monitor the NDE examinations like RT, DPT, MPI, PMI, Ferrite check and Hardness as required by the Project specification
• Ensure the welding consumable control is maintained as per the approved project procedure
• Ensure that the PWHT is carried for certain line class as required by the project specification and code
