
I am an accredited exercise physiologist, exercise scientist and nutritionist with over 22 years industry experience. I am passionate about education and improving the health outcomes of my local community. I am currently completing my PhD with the University of Queensland, where I am investigating the role of high intensity training for improving cognitive outcomes in older adults with mild cognitive impairment, in addition to investigating the association between muscle-derived neurogenic markers, body composition, fitness and mild cognitive impairment.
