I have worked as a financial service officer for five the past in that time I have gained many new skills, from buying and selling foreign currency to cashing cheques. To doing loan application and processing loans, to pawn broking loans also sending money overseas via western union. I have also moved up from just a customer service officer to a branch manager position which enabled more responsibilities. I have worked in the hospitality and retail industry for over 10 years, in this time I have gained a lot of experience. I previously have worked as a barista and a café all-rounder for Four and a half years. Previously have worked in the fast-food retail side of things for the past six years. In this time, I gained knowledge of running the shop took care of training the new staff taking orders, placing orders and also stock take, Also In this time I have completed a certificate iii in hospitality. I started off my management career Krispy Kreme as a team leader which is a shift manager my duties are taking care of the shop, training of new staff, closing and opening registers, taking phone interviews and face to face interviews. I than moved on to Hungry jacks where I started as a normal manager, my duties were very similar to what I had learnt and obtained at krispy kreme. For me to be able to move up I had to show all my results for all three portfolios I obtained once I had all my results, I had to sit panels to prove if i was ready to become a store manager which was a success as i became the store manager of Hungry jacks I am looking to gain more Knowledge and experience in my chosen field.

Also, in this time I have completed a certificate iii in hospitality and I have also recently completed my senior first aid courses, CPR courses and also asthma and anaphylaxis training. After leaving the café I have worked in a few different retail and hospitality industry fields as it has always been a passion of mine. I am currently looking to step out and try a new field of work or gain more knowledge in the industry’s I have worked in.
