Women's Case Manager

  • Court Link is an integrated court assessment, referral and support program. It is a 12 week bail based program which supports participants by connecting them with treatment and support services.
  • As woman's case manager, I have provided information and advice to court users and stakeholders about all programs and supports available through Courts Innovation Program.
  • Conducted triage assessments utilising tools that identify offenders' risk and needs with regard to recidivism, in order to determine participants' eligibility for the Court Link program.
  • Successfully handled high case loads, where participants presented with complex and multiple needs, in line with program and organizational standards.
