My goal is to obtain the job as Phlebotomist in your esteemed organization where my skills and knowledge will come in handy in fulfilling my tasks to earn a position. Working under pressure and in fast-paced environment will help me perceive my weak points and therefore motivate me to work harder to improve and be better fitted for the role. Communications abilities: During my work experience placement, I worked in an industry that prioritises customer service, which allowed me to hone my customer service abilities. Customers were satisfied as a result of my ability to listen to them and effectively guide them in the direction they desired. I was able to speak with my supervisor in an efficient manner and quickly adhered to their instructions. In my academics, where I have received good scores for my participation in class discussions and individual presentations, I have also demonstrated my confidence as a public speaker.
